Our online store and any orders placed through it are intended for customers aged 18 or over.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Our Products

We take great care to describe and photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and lighting.

Many Tamarin Bay pieces feature natural gemstones, pearls, shells and handcrafted elements. Natural variations in colour, shape, markings and texture are part of the character of these materials and should not be considered faults.

Product descriptions, availability and pricing may occasionally be updated or corrected.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we dispatch your jewellery and send you a dispatch confirmation.

Occasionally we may need to refuse or cancel an order, for example if:

an item becomes unavailable
payment cannot be authorised
there is an obvious pricing or product information error
we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, you will receive a full refund.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices on our UK website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

The price payable will be the price shown when you place your order, subject to the correction of any obvious pricing errors.

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or other payment providers available at checkout. Tamarin Bay does not store your full payment card details.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days and are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

Delivery times are estimates and occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered to you, or to a person or place you have nominated to receive it, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Your rights to cancel an online order and return jewellery are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9. Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed, but its appearance and finish can be affected by how it is worn and cared for.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage resulting from inappropriate exposure to water, perfume, lotions, chemicals or other substances will not normally be considered manufacturing faults.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website is owned by or licensed to Tamarin Bay.

This includes our:

product descriptions
branding
logos
graphics
text
website content
collection and product names
original designs and other creative material where protected by applicable intellectual property law

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Shopify's name, trademarks and other intellectual property belong to Shopify or its licensors.

Shopify provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate our online store. However, purchases made through the Tamarin Bay store are transactions directly between you and Tamarin Bay.
